1. Cancellation Windows

Cancellation fees are determined by when you cancel relative to the event date:

Free Cancellation (48+ Hours Before Event)

If you cancel your ticket booking more than 48 hours before the scheduled event start time, you are eligible for a full refund of the ticket price. Service and convenience fees may be retained as per our Refund Policy.

Late Cancellation (24–48 Hours Before Event)

Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the event will incur a 25% cancellation fee. The remaining 75% will be refunded to your original payment method.

Last-Minute Cancellation (Less Than 24 Hours)

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event start time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. The remaining 50% may be refunded, subject to review by our team.

2. No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend the event without prior cancellation, the full ticket amount will be charged and no refund will be issued. We strongly encourage customers to cancel as early as possible if they are unable to attend.

3. How to Cancel

You can cancel your ticket booking through any of the following methods:

4. Booking Modifications

If you need to modify your booking (e.g., change event date, upgrade seats, or transfer tickets), you may do so free of charge if the modification is requested at least 24 hours before the event. Modifications are subject to availability and may result in a price difference.

5. Force Majeure

Cancellation fees may be waived in circumstances beyond your control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes)
  • Severe weather conditions making travel unsafe
  • Medical emergencies (with documentation)
  • Government-imposed travel restrictions or lockdowns
  • Event cancellation by the organizer

Supporting documentation may be required for force majeure claims.

6. Refund Processing

7. Event Postponement

If an event is postponed by the organizer, your tickets will automatically be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the postponement announcement.
