1. Ticket Purchase Agreement

By purchasing tickets through Universal Tickets LLC, you agree to the following:

  • You must provide valid identification when required by the event venue
  • You must use a valid payment method in your name at the time of purchase
  • All information provided during booking must be accurate and complete

2. Reservations and Pricing

All ticket bookings are subject to availability. Quoted prices reflect the base ticket price and may not include applicable service fees, processing charges, or taxes. Final pricing, including all applicable fees, will be confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your tickets
  • We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
  • The buyer is responsible for all charges associated with the ticket purchase
  • All transactions are processed in US Dollars unless otherwise stated

4. Ticket Use

Tickets purchased through Universal Tickets LLC must be used in accordance with the following conditions:

  • Tickets are intended for personal use or gifting only
  • Unauthorized resale of tickets is strictly prohibited
  • Duplication, counterfeiting, or reproduction of tickets is not permitted
  • All attendees must comply with the rules and regulations of the event venue
  • Universal Tickets LLC is not responsible for denied entry due to violation of venue policies

5. Authenticity & Liability

All tickets sold through Universal Tickets LLC are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. In the event that an event is cancelled by the organizer, a full refund will be issued. Universal Tickets LLC is not liable for event changes, postponements, or modifications made by the event organizer, including changes to lineup, schedule, or venue.

6. Ticket Delivery

  • Electronic tickets (e-tickets) will be delivered via the email address provided during booking
  • Print-at-home and mobile entry options are available for most events
  • It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the provided email address is correct and accessible
  • Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive your tickets within the expected timeframe

7. Limitation of Liability

Universal Tickets LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or purchased tickets, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
