  • Event Cancelled by Organizer: If an event is cancelled by the organizer and not rescheduled, you will receive a full refund including all service fees.
  • 48+ Hours Before Event: Full refund of the ticket price (minus service/convenience fees) if cancellation is requested more than 48 hours before the event start time.
  • 24–48 Hours Before Event: 75% refund of the ticket price.
  • Within 24 Hours of Event: 50% refund, subject to review and approval by our team.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • No-show at the event (failure to use tickets without prior cancellation)
  • Tickets that have already been used, scanned, or redeemed
  • Service and convenience fees on voluntary cancellations
  • Merchandise add-ons or upgrades purchased alongside tickets
  • Tickets purchased during promotional or flash sales marked as "non-refundable"

3. How to Request a Refund
